Brewery Renovations

Another trip back back to the Mounrain Goat Brewery, this time for some Reno's to the decor.  That have weddings there now on a weekend so they wanted it smartened up a bit.

So we removed a wall of corrogayed iron and put a backing ply on and clad in a stained batten.

Then we went to the opposite end to the feature wall, and clad over the old wave wall to create a ply feature wall.

Then the bar got a make over...

And then finally the pizza service bar.

A great new area for the already awesome Goat.

Re Vamp Shower

This shower needed a bit of a re vamp, with tenants to soon be occupying the house the owners wanted and bit of a tidy up.  New shower base and waterproof membrane, and tiles to finish.  Fit old screen back as it was just a tidy up and it will all be removed in a couple of years.  And as it was a 60/70's bathroom the screen was a small one, so a custom made would have been the only other option.

Laundry/Bathroom/Toilet ready for final fit off

After a few weeks of work and a couple of delay days, the laundry-Toilet-Bathroom is ready for plumbing fit off. Just a small wait for the marble Benchtops to be made. Its Turned out really well and clients are very pleased. A few tricky bits here that just needed calm heads and a bit of busing experience to iron out.  The underfloor heating has come up really well and gives a great heat to the porcelain tiles.

Laundry Works Complete

After 2 weeks of hard work the new laundry Reno have been completed.

As you can see by the before pictures above this was a non functioning laundry for the modern day.  With the door in the centre there was no room to have a Benchtop, or an undercounted front loading washing machine.

By moving the door to the side and including a sashless slider unit in the door we have created more light and ventilation than before and made room for a standard Benchtop on one side of the room.  And as an extra created a narrow bechtop and cabinets to the other side as a laundry storage area for all the washing.  Lots of wall cupboards make for lots of storage space.
